The Best Natural Peeling – A Few Suggestions

The best natural peeling - a few suggestions

Natural peeling is a great idea to get rid of imperfections on your face, such as dark spots or acne. Exfoliation of the epidermis also significantly reduces wrinkles, including expression lines.

The peeling is very easy to prepare. It only takes a few minutes and it’s ready and the results are amazing. Read the article below and learn about the different ways to make a natural scrub.

How does peeling work?

It is true that laser peels or other such mechanical exfoliating agents damage the epidermis. However, you do not have to waste time on expensive visits to beauty salons, you just need to reach for fruits, vegetables and other natural products. The results will be similar or even better!

Natural face scrub

Before you start peeling, you should always clean your face first. We recommend doing this with warm water and a little natural soap. All make-up should be removed, and then the face is thoroughly dry.

We also advise you to schedule a scrub for the day you don’t leave your home, such as over the weekend. This is important because the sun’s rays can damage the delicate new skin. After the treatment, you can use a skin moisturizer (it can be homemade or bought in a store), it will be a great protection for your face.

Facial scrubs can also be used to exfoliate the arms, back, neck, etc.

  • Steam peeling: Boil water in a kettle and pour it into a bowl. Then, place your face over the bowl and cover your head with a towel, just like you do when you are sick. Stay in this position as long as possible. Be careful. If you lean too low, you can burn your skin. This treatment will allow you to get rid of all pimples and blackheads. There is also a second version of this procedure. Place a towel over a bowl of steaming water. Then, put a towel on your face and leave it on for at least 15 minutes.
